Reciprocity:  Donation + dish for brunch
Herbal teas and filtered water on site, please bring a travel cup with a lid if you want bring your drinks into the big hall for the community conversaiton.

If you are unable to bring a dish for the potluck, come anyway.

Joanne Alexander is hosting chair yoga in the big room from 10:30 until noon. If you wish to join in, the cost for yoga is $15.  Please arrive by 10:15.

You are welcome to arrive early to take some time for yourself in nature on the land.

Directions to Ancient Spirals Retreat from Saskatoon:

Head South of the city on Lorne Ave., which becomes Chief Whitecap Trail or highway 219. The Retreat road turn is about 5 km South of where 219 crosses over Beaver creek. Turn West (right) onto the gravel road at the “Ancient Spirals Retreat” sign.   This is before (North of) the farm with the big wind generator.

Ancient Spirals Retreat is also marked on Google Maps. You can use the google maps app to navigate to Ancient Spirals Retreat using your phone.
